Spring Break is coming up and I don't know about you but i'm tryna look gooooood! The only problem is... how tf do I give up sweets? If you have the same problems as me then listen up! I have a solution for you!
So I came across this yummy 4 ingredient recipe that's super say to make and satisfies my cravings.
Skinny Froyo
Ingredients:
- 4 cups frozen fruit of your choice
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt non-fat
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 5 Tablespoons honey
Instructions:
1) Insert all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 4-5 minutes. You can use any fruit for this froyo! I decided to use mangos!
2) I put the frozen yogurt in the freezer for 30 min to make it a more firm texture
3) Then serve or refrigerate.
