So many trends this season have reminded me of the movie Clueless.

The 90's are back!

or were they already back?

Ugh, as if!

Plaid is EVERYWHERE!!! From skirts to blazers to matching sets all anyone is wearing this season is Plaid.

Is it just me or does Hailey Baldwin look super Cher Horowitz-esk?? WELL she's kind of a Baldwin....

School girl plaid is in and so are those cute mini skirts so for those of you (like me) who didn't get to wear uniforms for middle school and high school now's your chance!!

Also I went through Cher's outfits and realized that plaid wasn't the only thing brought back...

How to style snake print boots?

Snake print boots are EVERYWHERE!!! Everyone who is anyone is wearing this trend

Okay okay...we get it the Kardash/Jenner clan got the memo....

but you know its really trendy when Riri wears it

But how TF do you style these bad boys??

Well, if you are a normal nobody you probs can't rock them in sweatpants without getting some weird looks... but if you can I would say "GURLLLL ROCK THAT S***!!"

So if you are like me... I choose to wear them with all black per usual:) but who cares?? Find what makes you comfortable and rock it! I find black to be slimming but also looks sophisticated so thats why I choose to wear it.

Since the boots are already printed you want them to stand out!! By wearing something simple and plain it helps draw all the attention to your boots. There are so many different types and colors of snake print so make sure to match your color scheme somewhat with the boots. You don't want to look like you have too much going on. White and black are always good basic colors that will work with almost anything.

Lastly, just have fun with it! Choose whatever makes you feel the most comfortable and confident and conquer the streets like the supermodel you are!

3 Investment worthy jackets you need in your closet NOW!

Sometimes I have a hard time spending a ton of money on one piece of clothing. However, I feel that there are certain items worth the investment. I am very big on good quality staple items just because they won't go out of style and you can wear them often and with different outfits. I find that there are three staple jackets everyone needs all year long.

The Moto Jacket

This classic black leather biker jacket can be paired with a feminine dress for a chic street style outfit or an all black edgy rocker outfit. The jacket is timeless and now comes in many different colors and materials. In the picture I show a grey suede jacket but I have seen many stores carry other colors as well. A couple months ago I saw a beautiful white snake skin Moto jacket from Zara and was hesitant on purchasing.... I went back for it a couple weeks later and they were all sold out so I am still super bummed about not being able to purchasing this item. (Todays wise words from Kerri: "IF YOU SEE SOMETHING YOU LOVE, YOU BETTER SNATCH IT UP" because it might not be there the next time you go shopping.)

The Denim Jacket

The Denim Jacket has come back to life! The trend kinda died for a while but now you see celebrities wearing denim everywhere. In my picture I have one staple denim jacket on the right and two jackets that are more trendy. This fall, fringe is in. The denim jacket on the left looks like a regular staple jacket except it has shredded fringe on the cuffs and hem. It is super cute but probably won't be in next season. Same goes for the floral embroidered jacket in the middle. We have seen floral embroidered everything this year purses, shoes, shirts, jeans, and jackets. So this jacket is also in trend however it may be out next season so beware.

The Fur Coat

Fur coats add glamour to any outfit. Whether you wear it with a dress or some jeans you will look like a million bucks. The runway shows for fall 2017 show fun, colorful, and crazy fur coats. I added some fun colored and printed coats you can wear like the leopard print coat, the pop of blue coat and the black, white, and grey printed coat. I honestly prefer plain colors so you will most likely see me wearing a black or white fur coat. However, the black, white, and grey coat is kinda growing on me.

There are still so many great coats out there that make awesome staple items like a trench coat or camo printed jacket. However, the 3 that I posted are my personal favorite staples. Most of the items I posted are very affordable and I will link them below!
